I need to start up my runs again. I plan on MWF 5x5 strength, then Tuesday, Thursday, and either Sat or Sun going for 2-3 mile runs.
Pooponsaban is gonna really get on me about this shite this time.
NO MORE BEER til the 26th, which is the big arse bottle share with the FBD krewe. After that, NO MORE BEER. I'm not lucky enough to be able to lose weight while drinking beer, no matter how little beer or how clean I eat.
