Friend came over to watch some football and hang out Saturday which included some pizza and wings and stealing some halloween candy. My mom is coming in to town tonight for work and wants to go out to dinner tonight.
It was a nice weekend to indulge myself a bit on things I haven't eaten often the last 6 months. Once tonight is over with it will be time to get my shite back together and really start to make a push towards the 240's.

I gained 6 lbs this weekend. Ate about a pound of salt. It will be gone tomorrow.

Crunching the numbers, it doesn't look possible to win the Office Biggest Loser contest.
Rode the bike 26 of 28 days and kept calories to 1400 or less and the dang chick looks like she will win again.
With 9 days to go I would need to lose at least 6 pounds.
Senna tea won't help. Already had a stomach bug Friday that cleared the whole garage.

At the moment, down 3.4 for the week. I need to hit 4 in order to take the lead tomorrow.
Going to Cadfast breakfast to breakfast. Not sure I can do it because the bike riding makes me MUCH hungrier than normal.
Took last night off from the bike. Didn't have any gas left in the engine.
Next Wednesday is the final weigh-in. Down 17.1 since the comp started.
