I agree completely, Lester.. although I find it hard to follow such a strict routine anymore, when I started I was pretty dang routine. 4 strips of bacon, 4 eggs for breakfast, cheese stick for a snack, 1 portion of protein with 2 portions of veggies for lunch, a serving of veggies with ranch for 2nd snack, and a protein with 2 servings of veggies for dinner. That kind of regimentation will help a LOT.

My wife wanted Backyard Burger last night instead of the dinner I planned. That 1200 kcal was not in the plans. Up 4 lbs from Monday morning.

Back on IF today. I'm hongry.

I messed up my plans last night too by picking up Thai and drinking beer during the week.
I was up 2 lbs this morning.. Dammit.

IF is much harder when you mess up the night before. I'm dealing with your same problem right now.

Sad thing is I didn't even really enjoy it because I knew what I'd wake up to. My workout went well though...so I'm just going to stick with that thought and forget that fricking burger.

Just survived a baby shower for one of the girls in my office. Had strawberry cake + buttercream icing that I wanted to smash my face in to forcing everyone else to leave it alone. Instead I sat quietly and waited for the party to end so I could eat my morning snack of Yogurt. *pats self on back*

Still 265 Talk about a plateau. Going to be good until I hit San Fran at the end of the month. Hope to hit 260 by then

If the pattern holds true, tomorrow I'll be back at 263 or so...hopefully that doesn't happen and I can see either a 0 in place of the 1 or a 5 in place of the 6. I'd prefer the latter, but as long as it doesn't go up I'll be happy.

Legs are feeling good today, and it's gym day. Ready to be done with work and get the weekend started off right.

Missed workout the past few days and jump rope due to midterms and still have a few more left. But the weight still goes down so I'll take it.

I still had hot wings But no booze at all, and to fix my snacking craze when I watch football, I had sunflower seeds. Worked out well.
