so, hopped on the scale this morning and was back down to that 270.6 mark that I hit a little over a week ago. Hopefully this past weekend was a nice shock to my system to get everything back rolling.
The month of August has been, far and away, the worst month I've had for actually dropping weight on the scale: From 8/1 to 8/9 I dropped 3.5 pounds and then from 8/9 to 9/6 I've only dropped 4 pounds. Ready to put this month of stalled weight loss behind me and push on towards the big 50 pound mark.
