I'm debating buying one of those bracelets that monitors your steps, sleep patterns, daily calories burned, etc but not one seems better than the rest.

I bought the Polar FT80. Performed well this morning. Didn't use all the features yet but was a good test run. No idea I burned 930 calories during my workouts.

It tracks all day or only when you set it?

Specifically made for strength training and tracking during then. But I can buy the gps sensor for running if I wanted to, but my phone works well enough for that.
I could wear it all day if I wanted and track my entire day. The only thing with this one is that I need to wear the strap and sensor under my chest to monitor. Which honestly after 2 minutes I forgot it was there.
They do make models that are cheaper that has the monitor built into the watch I believe.

Just a quick update on the product Alphamine i started on Monday. Great energy and focus. I take 2 scoops at 7am before light hour of cardio and another scoop at 1pm. I also drink a cup of coffee in the morning and take 25mg of ephedrine with each dose. I was already taking the ephedrine and 200 mg of caffeine 2-3 times per day previously which i was no longer feeling much effect from. The most noticeable effect is appetite suppression. I do IF usually an 18 to 20 hour fast then eat in the evening. After my first meal i now have virtually no appetite and almost have to force myself to eat. THis is 7 hours or so after my last dose. I actually have more hunger in the mornings than i do later in the day. The last two days i have been well under my calorie goal of 1800 and have had to drink a shake to make sure i had enough protein for the day.

I always heard to add an aspirin to this for delivery through the bloodstream or something.

My goal is to maintain 5 on either side of 150. My goal weight of 145 is to keep me in the thread. I was just acknowledging young abs. Congrats.
