I know in that Taubes book he said as much. But he also stressed that there's a lot of benefits to exercise.

don't know how but I lost another pound since last Friday.

183/181.4/165

starting to rethink my goal weight though because I'm already putting on some muscle and don't think I have enough fat left to shed to drop another 16 lbs

Free Lunch = Meatball, hot roast beef, spicy sausage, and cheeseburger poboys with muffalettas.

Hope the hungry hoard eats it all and leaves nothing laying about.... stomach is growling a bit.

I would have to get a cheeseburger poboy or a hot roast beef and just take it off the bread (In which case I have found the bread must immediately be thrown away!!!)
