Ok. Good. I'm really hoping I don't have to go below 150 to get where I want to be. Actually wanting the weight loss to slow a bit! Lol

So I've started a new diet/life style I think I wanna try and stick with tell me what y'all think.

4 days a week run
1st mile light jog (10-12 min pace)
2nd mile interval jog/run straight away and part of curve (about 120 yards) then walk other half of curve
3rd mile sprint straight away (about 60-70 yards) then walk till I sprint in next straight away
4th mile walk

Then on days not running I go to gym and lift

Consume about 1600-1700 calories a day mostly chicken, lean meats, seafood, and grains. Probably do
1 slice peanut butter sandwich or oatmeal in morning
Fruit as snack
Chicken or some kind of meat at lunch with brown rice or vegetables
Protein bar snack
Then dinner obviously healthy
Along with protein shake after my work out/run

And I take following vitamins
CLA
Fish Oil
BCAA

No drinking eating out but on Friday OR Saturday night

Looking better but I would still take in more calories if I was you especually with that amount of exercise. I'm losing at a pretty good rate at 1800 calories and zero cardio and weigh b/n 153 and 157. You should shoot for no more than a couple pds of weight loss a week if you want to maintain muscle. Now if you plan on doing serious cheating on the weekend that's a different story. I would count your calories on the weekends as well and see what that brings your daily average to for the week. You would also benefit from getting a lot more fat in your diet. Fat helps burn fat and helps keep you full. Congrats on making this commitment.

Anyone else see wild swings in weight on keto?

My weight is all over the place. The trend is Monday I'm around 209, by Saturday morning I'm 203. My problem is beer on Saturday afternoon.

185/175/?

Blew it out over the weekend but was happy it was only a 2.2 lb gain. Started month 2 today. Going to try and keep losing and cutting some. Not quite where I'd like to be appearance wise. Maybe 165ish? Still sticking to the same weekly diet and workout routine.

Josey's not been on a diet anyone really wants to be on lately.

How are you feeling, Josey?

Intermittent Fasting is going well for me. I feel like I have much more control of my hunger and appetite now. I am finding out I'm typically not even really hungry when I eat.. just eating because of schedule or boredom

I'm not doing 5and2 really, i'm confining my eating time between 12pm and 6pm, and fasting the rest. 18 hour fast, but it is nice not always worrying about eating.

Day 1 back from vacation. Focused on zero cheat mode but still love fruit so much. :sigh: may try fasting soon to drop some more weight
