Just do like me. Start small. Give it up on weekdays. Then drink on weekends. Honestly I don't even feel like drinking on the weekend sometimes because of the results I'm seeing from eliminating it during the week.
Start small. You can do it

The 6 mile run last night must have dropped a lot of water. Almost 2lb loss in 24 hours. I'm in need of water it appears.

I may actually stick to my diet this weekend. Most of my friends are out of town and I'm on call so little to no drinking.

206/172/165 steady progress the last couple weeks. started Sprint 8 a few weeks ago and it seems to be helping the plateau I was in.

No offense but at 230 pds and 1300 calories a day the last thing you need is more cardio. You will lose weight but it will be mainly muscle . Are you more concerned with body composistion or the number on the scale? I'm not trying to tell you what to do or come across as a know it all but I hate to see you make the same mistake as so many when trying to lose weight. At least do a little research. Go to bodybuilding.com and read the stickies in the losing fat forum.

Finally shed the water weight I gained from the weekend carb up plus 1 pound. Really trying to slow down weight loss to 1 pound per week or less to make sure it is mainly body fat. Body fat reading steadily going down!

My weight fluctuates like crazy on this keto diet. I know I'm not this low. I had a mild cheat last night of 20 wings and went about 600 calories over my normal intake. Anyone else see wild swings in weight on keto?
