Hey guys! Long time lurker girl here. I'm extremely motivated by everyone's weight loss and can-do spirit. I need a little help. I want to organize a Biggest Loser competition at work. Myth, I know you did this a while back. What were the basics of the competition, such as did everyone pay in a certain amount? What was your ending prize? How long did the competition last? Any tips you can pass on would be great.

Myth brought donuts every Friday, which was a brilliant move.

Hey! I deserved some darn handicap for having to pick up those darn donuts every other week.

First year we did the comp, the buy-in was $20.00 per person. Second year I was put in charge and forgot the buy-in was $20 so I made it $40 and nobody complained.

Good thing because the extra cash allowed us to have a 1st 2nd and 3rd prize. First year it was winner takes all. 3 prizes helped keep more people trying.

3rd - Entry fee back $40
2nd - Double the entry fee $80
1st - Everything left. $400

Our comp lasted 12 weeks.

Weigh-in every Thursday. Thursday because 1/2 the company has every other Friday off.

Fatass Of The Week owed an additional $5.00. This keeps people at least trying because they didn't want to be the fatass of the week. Person with the smallest drop or biggest gain each week.

I won this year but I think I would have lost if it had gone one more week.

Best to see how many people are interested. The rules will NEVER please everyone.

Fresh bacon.
Leftover chicken from the grill (when I hear leftover chicken I use butter to keep it from drying out)
Homemade ranch ( lots of mayo)

You've already illustrated how much you've cut, but reading This book, none of those things are forbidden.

Most of them encouraged even.

Keto diet is really shedding the pounds though I know it's probably mostly water. If only I could figure a way to target the fat in my lower stomach.

Can't target weight loss and that stomach fat is just about the absolute last thing to go.

Once again I've been noticeably absent here, and once again I've been blowing up my dieting and screwing up all that I've worked so hard for. I'm getting sick of it, but at the same time I can't seem to capture that motivation I once had.
