Congrats to the new guys.

Sorry to hear about that El Josey. On the bright side, you'll lose some weight. I'd be living it up and packing it on like the doctor said too.

Speaking of living it up and packing it on. I have been on a non stop binge since I got off the whole 30. I'm still scared to weigh. I've learned that there really isn't much of a middle ground for me. Either I stick pretty strictly to the diet or I have no self control.

I'm back in the slot today, hopefully it lasts.

Didn't get to finish the Boston Marathon due to yesterday's events. I was about half a mile from the finish. My wife was sitting in the stands as the bomb went off. Very crazy day for both of us. Flying home tomorrow since the trips atmosphere has changed. Always next year.

Quite honestly that's a good thing but man that had to be so frustrating to run so far and be so close to the end and some a-hole fricks it up for everyone.

Trying to avoid stress eating.

On Monday, my boss asked me to relocate which I do not want to do. Not sure what happens if I say no.

I'll jump in here. Doing weightwatchers, and it's been pretty successful. Except I've plateaued the past few weeks and keep hanging around the 190 mark. Just need to be more disciplined with my tracking.

Phantom gain. Maybe sodium from my homemade hot wings.

210/189/170. Finally all flushed out and back on track. Last time eating crawfish for a while. Going on a 3 week fast from sodium and carbs not from veggies.

I've been at that mark for a while now man. Sounds like you and I have similar bodies by looking at our weights. How tall are you?

5' 8. Ideally I'd like to get to 160. I'm turning 30 in a month and haven't been sub 180 since 2010.

Get that weight under control now young pups, I turned 50 this year and as my BMR has gone down I find it really hard to keep the calories in check. I'm 35 lbs down since I started 18 mos ago, its that last 10-15 that kicks my arse. I'm 5'10" and actually got down to 178 last summer, but people were saying I looked bad, I think around 185 or low 180's would be good.
