I need one of those slot things. Decent weekend only one slice of pizza and a small sundae.

Upward movement expected after the birthday lunch and evening mistakes. Actually not as bad as I thought it would be.

It was a bad, bad, BAD weekend for the diet. Dealing with some personal stuff, then a family gathering.. I don't even want to step on the scale tomorrow.

Wedding weekend "I do/did" eat too much.
Saw Dr. Michael Moseley's "5and2 Fast Diet" on PBS. Seems simple. Like scheduling two Cadfasts a week, but eat what you want other days. Implementing this week and will report back.

as I've gotten older it seems there is little room for error calorie wise, and little cheats seem to stick around for days on the scale. The fasting helps immensely. I've done pretty well keeping the 30lbs off since I started this thread, its that last 10-15 that is tough.
Good week last week and weekend, and feeling loads better, even though the scale isn't moving

I ate so much yesterday that I find that I'm still not hungry yet so far today. I'm going to ride this for a while, see how long I can go. May turn into a full 24 hour fast, who knows.

I weighed. I just don't want to post up the numbers. Yesterday I had beer, finger foods, chips and dips, crawfish, gumbo, etc etc.. the scale is NOT pretty.

I haven't been doing very well lately, especially this weekend.

I started back today with hardcore Atkins boot camp. No cheats. No drinking during the week. Etc. it has gotten totally out of hand.

I have yet to participate in this thread, but I am down from 195 to 173 since mid January. A supplement company is actually letting me test a new fat burner for 3 months providing I do a log chronicling my results. It will be in this week and I will start it next week. I am doing a log on Facebook and another site. Would anyone be interested in me doing a log here also?

The Article

This is good stuff.

I've changed my diet a lot recently. To the point on most weekdays I'd consume less than 1,200 calories some days. My fitness pal warned me it was no good. So now I'm trying to add stuff back in to get my metabolism going at a good rate.

Something I've wondered in the past, but never asked, what the hell do the three numbers mean? Obviously, something with weight.
