Rice/Driver for Charles/Brown/Fitzgerald

I've never posted on the FSB before, so forgive me if there is some sort of rule against these probably abundant threads.
I have Ray Rice and Donald Driver. I was offered Jamaal Charles, Ronnie Brown, and Larry Fitgerald. Typical league rules. I'm leaning towards rejecting, but wanted some outside input before doing so. Would anybody take this?

would need to see your roster to give a proper evaluation...if you don't need the depth, then probably no.

I think Housh's addition along with Boldin in the offseason means a huge drop in Rice's receptions. I would make that trade personally.

My Roster
QB - Favre and Hassleback
RB - Rice, Deangelo Williams, Ricky Williams, Brandon Jacobs
WR - Brandon Marshall, Donald Driver, Lee Evans, Steve Breaston, Vincent Jackson
TE - Dallas Clark and Heath Miller
I guess the fact that I have Rickey Williams really factors into it as well.
ETA: I'm thinking of more and more stuff that probably factors in. It is a keeper league with 3 keepers.

donald driver= sell
id take the other 3 guys personally.
plus u add Ronnie Brown. You have Ricky already. If one goes down, you have a legit #1 RB

Favre
D. Williams/Charles
Marshall/Fitz
Dallas Clark
Flex: Starter in Miami
Why are you asking? That team is ridiculous if your league is 12 or more.

Well that gives me some confidence. It is a 12 team league. This our first year doing a keeper league, so I'm just a little nervous and unsure about how it affects things.

Charles/Marshall/Fitz are your keepers

Thanks for the input fellas. I'll probably push the trade through in the morning.

you have 5-6 keeper choices...not sure how many you keep, or if there are stipulations about losing draft picks depending on who you keep.
if you are worried about that, Driver ISNT a keeper. Rice prob is.
but you are getting 2 guys that you could potentially keep in Fitzgerald, definitely. And maybe Charles

just for giggles, what would be the other guy's roster after the trade?

It's just 3 keepers with no other stipulation. You have to keep 3. I think someone mentioned a flex earlier, but we don't use a flex. 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE. Y'all have still convinced me to do the deal. I was really regretting the Driver pick after the draft.
No I just have to convince myself to start Favre this week. It is going to make me so sick having to pull for him against the Saints.

his keepers I imagine
go ahead, you are not doing any real damage to your team. The guy's putting way too much trust in Harrison.

That's the way I felt. I wasn't risking much, and he is risking a lot. I just countered with
Rice, Driver, Vincent Jackson for Fitz, Charles, Brown, and Dez Bryant. I think he is on the hook.

you think Dez might be better potential than VJ.Keeper wise?

This is the first year of our league as a keeper league. It's a test run. I think we'll keep doing it, but it is not a given. I just don't want to waste a season with Jackson on my bench in hopes of him coming back sometime, then he never does and our league falls apart. I know Bryant is kind of similar in that he might do much this year, but is a possible keeper. I'm just interested in Bryant more than Jackson.
