how is our O-Line play not the most apparent?

How many of you all even watch the O-Line when watching the games?

I saw a large amount of missed assignments, bad angles but most of all the line (especially the right side) came off the ball like they were in slow motion....

And this is coming from a guy who is convinced LSU is much better than last year...

O-Line

What really sucks is that the O-line is something that should be of little concern considering Miles' background with the position.

Regardless of how the OLine did or didn't perform, the turnovers is the MOST apparent concern. Eliminate those 5 TOs, and your looking at something like a 51-17 victory. This team can be much much better going forward just by holding onto the football.

Hurst should be moved inside from tackle to guard maybe. I wonder what Shaw or Faulk are looking like these days.

Well, TO's happen and many times by chance...The O-Line coming off the ball slow, high and confused is not by "Chance"..

I hate to say this, but it worries me that one of our Lineman was starting that game...What is behind him

Biggest problem on the team, again. None of it will matter unless the line performs.

they looked realistically improved. I wasn't expecting the '95 Huskers, but I did see improvement over last year.

Hurst will shape up and I am interested to see another young buck get some reps at RG, but T-bob, while obviously on the weaker side, didn't perform that bad.

UNC, though depleted, has talent on the dline.

With better ball control the offense would have been much better.

Faulk was looking large on the sidelines and got his helmet on in the 2nd half i thought he was going in but he didnt.

I was sharing some of your concerns until this jewel. TO's don't just happen. They are a result of lack of focus. Loss of focus is a breakdown in coaching. In and of itself, I don't find it concerning enough to panic, but bundled with the rest of the problems makes it a pattern. You concerns with the Oline play, for example, is a coaching problem.

My biggest concern is how wrapped up maby of you people are in a game played by kids.

Find a more productive passion.

I understand what you're saying, what I meant is we could easily have no TO's next game, but I have a difficult time believing I will not see the same o-line woes..

Move Josh D to tackle and Hurst and Williford (sp?) to G and T-Bob next to CLM.

Ta-da! Problem solved.
