Big shocker here. Every major program cheats. I'm sure if someone wanted to, they would find dirt on LSU too. The Hicks incident with Mccarthy last year shouldn't be forgot, LSU may have major sanctions on them in the future from that.

Maybe but nobody knows how they'll react to it. All it takes is one dick higher up to penalize LSU and set them as a example, especially if they want to take power from the SEC as the most dominant conference...

When you look at it, pretty major violation. They should be more lenient than something like USC because it was reported by LSU. So, hopefully its not something extreme like that. But you never know with the NCAA...

not only was it reported, but it was reported and dealt with quickly... very different situation and well handled by LSU

And it does matter if you self report to the NCAA. USC didn't get sanctioned for paying players living expenses, etc. They got sanctioned for lack of institutional control. If you self report and sanction yourself, you haven't lost control.
