Oil Board: State of Alabama is suing BP & Transocean

for the amount it takes to make Alabama "Whole Again"... Just mentioned on Fox Business News.

Certainly, and don't forget Mississippi.

Even Texas found a few BP tarballs on its shores so we may join in too (not a large cleanup so we may settle our end much faster).

I think Texas actually benefited economically from the oil spill. Many people moved their beach trips to the Texas coast.

Agreed. But we did have a slight mess that BP caused so they should pay. It won't be anywhere near the mess in Louisiana but still we had to clean it up.

You are correct of course. Mississippi might have more of a potential total dollar claim than Florida.
