On the grill is the best for boudin imo. Dammit, I wish I had some Best Stop for today.

UPDATE - The grilled boudin was EXCELLENT.

Tasted wonderful and, as a added bonus, my future son-in-law cooked so that I didn't miss any of the game.

I grilled some last night too. Threw it on some po-boy bread with some pepperjack.

throw it on on the grill on some foil and put the lid down for the smoked flavor is the best way to eat boudin
