At the beiginning of the year, if someone would have said, "After 14 games the Saints will be 13-1", what would you have thought?

Also remember that even as bad as we played and if Devery would have caught the pass in the endzone, we would have just needed to get in field goal range on the last drive for the WIN. I would bet in a rematch that we beat the cowboys by 2 touchdowns. Romo was also playing his best game of the year. We had a bad game and they had one of their best.

Edit for record

I would have thought... we better hurry and lose a few more so we can win the superbowl.

Amazing season but doesn't mean a thing without the ring

Who in the hell did they lose to and why can't we be 14-0!!! That is what I would have thought.

And if Drew doesn't horribly under throw him earlier, it's an outright win...

Fact of the matter is the team, including Brees, played their worst game of the season. I would be willing to bet Brees is putting this loss squarely on his shoulders and will be preparing harder, tough to imagine, for the remaining games. We laid our egg, now it's time to get back to what has made us the best team in the NFL this season. Injuries will heal and the team will recover it's championship form.

I hope the rest of the team feels that way too.
