Cinci's new HC should Kelly move on

Rumor mill in Ohio is that if Kelly bolts the two leading candidates are Butch Jones (Central Michigan) and Chris Peterson (Boise St).
I've heard that Peterson wouldn't want to leave Boise because Boise St has good medical facilities for his wife.
I really wonder how attractive of a job Cinci is or isn't. It's very true that Cinci will always be second fiddle to OSU, but the actually city itself is a hotbed of football talent. even if OSU grabs the top 10-15 people in Ohio there's still tons of recruits to go around for a program like Cinci.

Small stadium, decent facilities and school support at best. I will be very surprised if any coach ever comes close to his level of success there.

Cinci fan support being called decent is a huge stretch.

What's wrong with his wife?

Going from Boise to Cincy isn't really a step up. Marginal BCS conference is the only plus.

Boise St coach gets courted every year. I doubt Cinci is an attractive enough destination for him to move but you never know.

Maybe I missed something, is his wife ill?

I heard Petersen doesn't want to go anywhere where they can't spell his freakin name.

not his wife, his 11 year son. He has cancer

Cincy can hire Les Miles. Who wouldn't want him with his resume? He's won a national championship, and his record is even better than Nick Saban's while Saban was the coach at LSU. He truly is the hottest name in coaching in my opinion. On top of that, he has yet to lose non-conference game! Don't listen to those haters citing his 8-8 SEC record over the two previous season.

The University of Cincinnati only has a children's hospital that in the top 2-3 of all children's hospitals in the country. If his son is ill, he would receive top notch care in Cincy; better than the peds care offered in Boise.

Actually son, but also, isn't he a scientologist? I thought those people didn't believe in regular medical care?

Too bad for his son...that is sad to hear.
How about Tubby, would he come to Cincy?

Former Boston College coach Jeff Jagodzinski would be my choice.
