An attorney's office is a good "site" to get a purchase agreement.
But what do I know?
It's only one of the largest financial transactions you will ever undertake in your life, just wing it.

Yeah. Got to make a living somehow.
Just remember that I probably take part in at lease 300 real estate transactions a year. Can't say I've seen everything, but I've seen a lot.

I have a blank one in Microsoft Word format. I can email it to you if you want. I am a loan officer.

Check out Office Depot.
This sounds like a great idea. What could possibly go wrong.

We really need to compile a list of "great" Money Talk recommendations/suggestions.

If buying a home that is FSBO can you use a real estate agent? Never thought of this but seems to defeat the purpose if the buyer uses one. So what is the best thing for one to do if they find a home they like FSBO but want to make sure everything is handled correctly?

You can if you would like, but if I were the seller I would let you pay for their services.

You aren't making your case very well.
