There has got to be more to the story than this...

agreed. it's virtually impossible to say anything bad about RG3, on and off the field he really is a top notch individual

but as for the rest of Baylor - they can go frick themselves, as an organization, they've handled all of this in the absolute worst way possible

Eventually, they're going to find themselves on the outside of a conference looking in, and nobody is going to want to deal with a bunch of bitches like that

If Baylor had set out to destroy its credibility in the eyes of the college football world, it would have been hard pressed to succeed any more than it has. Sleazy, parasitic, whining and petty, they personify everything that is loathesome and disgusting in sports.

It looked like RG3 wanted to answer the question and looked at Briles like he was being a douche and making RG3 look like one.

I've only been watching College FB in person for 25 years, so take this with a grain of salt:

But RG3 threw his passes into as small a window, with the right combination of touch and velocity, as any college QB I've ever seen.

Threw some absolute works of art yesterday.

the only negative thing I can really say about RG3 is he seems to fall apart if he gets hit a few times.

Of course, you can say that for quite a few QBs.

the guy is a beast and its pretty surprising that only Baylor was willing to recruit him as a QB.

Briles originally recruited RGIII for UofH before leaving Houston at the last possible moment and taking his top recruit with him. Cougar fans have thought Briles was a worthless douchebag for years now.

I like Kevin Sumlin over Briles.

RG3 is the real deal though. He has amazing accuracy from what I've seen of him.

Hallelujah. Holy shite. frick the Big 12 minus 2 minus 1 plus 1/2 soon-to-be-minus 1.

My friend works in sports information at Baylor, so I had to give him shite about Ken Starr yesterday.

Maybe Starr can threaten to sue. lol @ChrisYandle I could go for @FREEBIRDS_WB for lunch, but we don't have one. I demand this immediately.

I think its completely preposterous that after all of this whining about A&M leaving, now Baylor thinks they are flexing their big boy muscles by telling us that they won't play us. Hey Baylor, what happened to the Perryman report? What happened to maintaining historic Texas rivalries? What happened to the Waco economy tanking if the A&M game does not take place anymore?

It was all show, folks. It was all a bunch of bullshite so they could breathe in this brave new world. They are lucky the Big 12 didn't implode. Lol, but it will in a couple of years.

They're really lucky their football team is on a national stage right now.

If it weren't for Griffin III, they'd be in the Sunbelt before anybody could take a breath.
