Suing the SEC doesn't help Baylor

Hypothetically, Baylor sues the SEC. They will never be able to prove anything against the SEC and won't be entitled to damages, but it may convince the SEC to rescind invitation to A&M. Where does that get Baylor if the SEC backs out? Nowhere, because A&M is leaving the Big XII - 2 regardless, and wouldn't dare come back asking Texas to get back in at this point. They would most likely go independent for a year and then join the SEC a year later. Thus, you are still left with a 9 team conference that is going to fall apart just as soon as OU bolts for the Pac 12, and Baylor is ultimately left without a conference.
