They have removed the Big12 logos. Wow. I don't think even A&M has done that.

it's a nice stadium - just too small to be big time

71 according to Wiki, but yea, that's plenty big enough.

71,000, but they sell general admission tickets on game day. People who buy them can sit in the grassy area by the big white M. Memorial Stadium is pretty nice.

I am almost positive that they take the Big 12 logos off now and then.

I doubt it would be b/c they were trying to send the Big 12 a message.

even A&M still has the Big 12 logos up and that was a fairly contentious break.

The big 12 logos were on the small hill thing behind the sideline.

Looks like turf, that needs to change.

It is field turf. I was on that field about 5 years ago and it looked to be in good shape.

my bias is showing but 71k is not big time - the extra 20-30k you see in the larger stadiums makes for a noticeable difference (and I say that having been at Faurot Field for a lot of games there)

It may not be "big time" but you act like it's too small to be SEC worthy. Mizzou is not a "big time" program so of course they don't have a big time stadium.

no i don't - i was responding to another poster who said something negative about missouri's field... and i made an accurate comment I think - it is a nice venue even tho it is not in teh league of the best venues in college football

It looked like the stands were far away from the sidelines.
