AMU vs. Texas Tech TV - cable channel FX

If you're looking for the game on TV tomorrow, it will be televised on cable channel FX @ 6:00 pm sandwiched between the 2002 blockbuster hit XXX and a 2005 re-run of Two and a half Men.

The big 12-2-1 TV deal is so awesome isn't it!? Seriously though, I won't mind wathcing it with Gus Johnson behind the mic Saturday night.

I don't get it. Is there something wrong with watching football on FX? It's a national station.

FX is showing several college football games this year. Its part of Fox Sports expanded college coverage. They also show Pac 12 and Conference USA games. In the past they have aired NASCAR and MLB. Here pretty soon they are going to begin airing UFC and UEFA Champions League. Its in 90 million homes which is slightly more than ESPN2.

FX gets me every time they show ARMAGEDDON. DVD on TV is the shite!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, nothing wrong with it at all. I caught I Know What You Did Last Summer and OU/Tulsa earlier in the year. Riveting TV.

Like I said, I don't get your devaluing of a station based on the fact that it shows movies. CBS is mainly viewed by old people, but it is still a national station that shows football. I'd much rather watch LSU play on FX than CST.

I think FX has done a nice job with college football. I like Charles Davis. He's is one of the few ex-jocks turned announcers with some level of command of the English language.
