That's not going to happen so the question is pointless

ETA: let's say you had an ex employee who started a competing business that is less successful than the one you work for now. That employee offered you the same job you currently have at your company but with more risk, less likelihood of success, and equal or less pay.

Would YOU take that job?

It'd be disappointing. The fact that every opposing fan seems to so desperately want us to hire O, just as they wanted us to keep Miles, says something to me.

Kiffin is really not that great, Alabama just has ridiculous talent and linemen

He had a horrible game against us. Terrible playcalling.

Also I just can't see why he'd leave that gig for same position. Would be a massive gamble.

This. Plus O cant even guarantee Kiffin would come. It's a laughable notion.

it depends. I think eventually id be ok with it once the staff was completely put together, and Alleva is fired.

Also if Herman gets like 8 million from texas and Jimbo gets a huge raise i could deal with it.

Yes, a triumvirate of egos (CEO, OC and DC) is so common and works so well.

Except that no one ever does it. And it is not a good idea.

Sounds like Auburn in 2015 getting Muschamp at DC and knowing he would bail at the first chance of a HC job. That worked out well for them

Yes. It would be a letdown, as much as I hate saying that, I would be disappointed.

Absolutely we would. If we told no by our top 3 candidates so be it. But no way in hell do you take him over Herman
