I know Kiffin and Saban are cut out of the same cloth and all, but isn't it somewhat surprising no one has hired him yet? He's a huge dbag and then some, but with what he's done with two new QB's the last two years certainly impressive enough for someone to want him. He needs to move on already!

Why does it bother you that he is still at Bama?

If Saban or Kiffin walked in your front door; you would get on your knees and suck their ducks.

Kiffin has designed his offense around getting the ball to playmakers in space...the QB is merely a distributer in his offense...not bashing, its very effective, but there's no QB development for the next level..it definitely works in college..doesn't hurt when your QB has tons of time to throw the ball

Hey Errerrerrwere, just because I acknowledge Kiiffin is doing his job at bama, you take it that I'm a fan? Don't be such an insecure little twat! So, if I say he sucks and couldn't coach a jr high offense, does that mean he can't coach? What a brainiac you are!

maybe because he's got Bama's offense rolling. In back to back years Kiffin's offense broke Bama's single season passing records and both years were first year starting QB.

Yeah...if you were making this thread in response to CC, you'd be saying that both of those guys had development under a different QB coach. Be consistent.

And Saban will hire another great OC if Kiffin leaves. Saban made the decision to transition to more of an open offense a few years ago. He adapted when he needed to. Other coaches don't do that.

The OC position at Bama is a very prestigious position right now. There aren't many head coaching jobs that are better and pretty much all of them are taken. If he wanted to take a step down he could get one easily. Lane has had some big time jobs; he probably knows what he wants more than every single person on the internet.

I hate to say it, but bama getting kiffin for OC was like when the Eagles picked up Joe Walsh. Picked up a decently successful screw up and proceeded to release the one of the greatest albums of all time.

Not long ago, LSU fans, many SEC fans were laughing at Bama for hiring this "clown".

Now look, we're wanting him to move on...

that's ok, LSU is going to whip them this year
