With who we are losing to the NFL, CEO expectations?

What is the expectation for CEO in his first year, after losing multiple key players to the NFL or graduation? 8-4?
Also am I the only person who is wondering WHAT IF O goes and beats them all next year after hiring his people and not being tagged interim?!

The best part is all of the juniors who were saying O needs the job will probably all leaver early anyway. They don't give a shite who the coach is next year, they are leaving.

Defense won't be nearly as good. Offense will still struggle against good defenses.
