Will Chip Kelly go back to Oregon?

With the way the 49ers are playing and the way Oregon is playing, is there a chance he ends up back there?

Highly doubt they get rid of helfrich this year. I think it's something like a $15 million buyout. And I doubt Kelly wants to go back to college. And I doubt the 49ers fire him. So not this year. Next year, maybe so!

Phil Knight could write that check himself.

It's not a matter of whether or not he can. It's a matter of if he will. And I HIGHLY doubt he will.

Best possible hire for LSU, IMO.

IMO, texas might become a behemoth if they (fire strong) hire chip. since 85% of the texas HS FB teams run a variation of the spread anyways, he wouldn't really have to leave the state for recruiting, along with them playing in warmer climates for 95% of their games. they'd be scary good

Kelly would be much more successful if he went back to Oregon.

isn't Kelly supposed to dislike recruiting?

He dislikes recruiting but if he keeps this going in the NFL much longer he may have a change of heart.

If you can deal with the egos, the NFL seems like it would be more enjoyable. You can just focus on football.

before this whole kaepernick fueled protest started, MAYBE, but being a CFB HC has a TON of advantages, such as having complete control of your roster/personnel decisions, among many others
