At least Herman beat two ranks teams in which his team was the underdog. Orgeron only beat the teams that he could run on (just like Miles) in which LSU was favored. He lost at home against Florida as a 2TD favorite where the team was playing for a possible Sugar Bowl berth and, more importantly, he was trying to save face for his AD.

Houston finished. 4th out of 6 teams in their weak conference this year. They were picked to win it. Total collapse!
