Aranda likely to TX
LSU clearly not committed to winning

LSU has proven theyre not willing to pay top dollar if somebody else wants a coach. If Herman/Texas want Aranda, they'll throw whatever money he wants at him and we'll hire some bottom feeder off the scrap heap.

Oh god... I was so busy melting that I forgot about their connection

If we lose Aranda, too, I'm butt-chugging antifreeze

All the O mongoloids are going to be in such a scramble to find yet another justification for this hire when Aranda leaves. Can't wait

If Aranda has aspirations to be a HC, he'll stay put.

I don't understand how people on the O train didn't think that Aranda will be in Texas with his boy Herman. Rebuild dynasty at top program with best friend? Or stay in shithole Baton Rouge and have fricking Donkey Kong be your boss? Easy.

If Aranda leaves he should go after Charlie Strong.

If Aranda wants to continue up the ladder quickly, going to Texas isn't the best option. It's a 1-2 year detour. He has a pretty guaranteed path to a great defense here for the next two years, because O will recruit just fine. No worries there.

On the other side, UT has money, but it is a complete overhaul of a young unit that still needs talented depth and has 0 confidence. It took him a good 4 games to get on track here. It will take most, if not all of a season there. That doesn't get him HC offers at the end of next season.

Jesus, you're so retarded. Neither Jimbo nor Herman wanted us. What is so hard to understand?

Whomever O wants. With the money LSU saves by hiring O, he has a blank check for his assistants

Going to promote Peveto. He has the same successful record as O does!
