Since the Coaching Change Board has opened due to Les Miles being fired, I figure it will get old soon unless someone else gets the boot.

Who do you have money on?

I think you can probably add James Franklin's name to that list. When all said and done, bet he wishes he would have stayed at Vandy.

Notre Dame and OU are kinda in the same boat lsu is in. They win to many games to really have a coach on the hot seat but they have also seem to have gotten stale and wouldn't surprise me to see a change.

Don't think Auburn will fire Gus.

USC gave that jabroni a 5 year guaranteed contract so I don't think they will fire him after 1 year.

I think tejas wins enough to keep Strong hanging around but you never know with them.

I don't get why people keep pointing these teams out as if they're HIGHLY likely to fire their coach.

IMO it's possible, but the chances are slim.

OU was in the freaking playoffs last year.

Notre Dame finished ranked #12 last year and was in the Fiesta Bowl.

USC is the most likely, but their guy is in his first year.

Honestly, I think 1 of these at best is open at the end of this season. Kelly and Stoops are safe but will need a good season next year. USC will give their guy another year at least and I think Strong is turning the corner at Texas. He took over a crumbling program.

If you're referring to Les Miles, no way he would be fired if he made the playoffs last year. Not. A. Chance. In. Hell.

Please, I live in LA and after Saban beat you guys in the NCG most of you wanted Les gone then. Everyone refers back to that game as when it was all over for Les.

I think if Gus pulls out an 8-4 season, he will get another year. IMO Sumlin will keep it together this year, losing only 2 or 3 games. Norte Dame could be open. They suck and Kelly hasn't had a good team in a few years, while their entitled fans just keep getting impatient. I don't think Strong should get another year, but he will. Their defense still hasn't improved. USC will likely be open.

Actually don't see Gus getting fired after this season, unfortunately. Gus has turned all play calling duties over to Rhett Lashlee so he will be the sacrificial lamb at the end of the season.

Word around Auburn is that Lashlee will be fired at end of season. Auburn will try to get Kendal Briles (hopefully Stidham will follow him) for OC and bring on Art Briles as an offensive consultant.

The Texas fans I've heard on radio programs are all in with Strong. They are happy he made a big change, so I think he's safe. I think Stoops is safe too.i think Gus is gone no matter what.
