When the dust settles do you keep up with coaching moves?

Does anyone else do this? I always like to follow certain moves to see who is successful & who isn't. In the past I've kept up with Mike Leach at WSU, Taggert at South Florida & Strong at Texas. No serious analysis just wins and losses.
This year I'll probably keep up with Mike Riley at Nebraska and Pat Narduzzi at Pitt. The most intriguing hire I'll watch has to be Lance Leipold at Buffalo. D3 to D1??? Are you kidding me? He's either on a path to riches or back to D3. Should be fun to watch.

Like you, I plan on keeping an eye on Narduzzi and Riley and then also Bob Stitt at Montana. Those are the three most intriguing hires this year, in my opinion.

I keep up with the LSU QB coach, for obvious reasons

not much out of him yet

I'm always interested to see how the longtime coordinators end up doing, which is why I'll be paying special attention to Narduzzi.

Also, he's not a coaching hire this year, but I'm interested to see how Chris Petersen works out at Washington.

Me too. Replicating success like he had at Boise is going to be a serious challenge.
