Is he at the end of his contract with Florida St?
If he is still under contract wouldn't it have to be bought out as well?

So do we buy Les out of His, Buy Jimbo out of His and then pay for his new salary and all of his new staff?

Jesus talk about mismanagement of funds. Hope we get a championship out of it.

It's at the point right before it gets a nice bump and extension because another school is interested.

5m max. but since hes bringing assistants it will be less. its a pretty easy buyout all things considered.

You would be glad that you don't go to the games cuz fb related fees will be outrageous.

Why are you such a shite head about this? It is JUST $5 million. LSU has 1 donor alone willing to pay that.

That is what I had heard on the radio. Didn't see the contract so take it for what it's worth.

No, you posted the correct numbers. The only one that matters to LSU is $5 million.

Yeah, basically Les Miles salary for one year. That's the buyout.

Now go play in the street.

7 years 44 million. 6.2 million per year. I would expect he is going to want a raise to come here. Add in Miles 15 million plus Fishers buyout at 5 million. So if we prorate all this over 7 years plus give Fisher a salary bump to say 7.2 million a year we (or the money guys will) will be paying out
15+5 = 20 20/7= 2.8 2.8+7.2= $10 million a year for our new head coach. Dam Fisher better produce big time

well I would think that the 7 years 44 million kind of matters also. He isn't going to come here for less money unless you really think he just loves LSU that much.

Yeah because contracts can't be bought out. Don't dish out insults just because you're not in the know. That doesn't mean the buy-out is $44M. It's only $5m.

much of that is largely dependent on if the other guys get jobs elsewhere, which they likely would
