What is the choice if they stay "in staff"?

Everyone thinks it's Coach O long term. Could it be a transitional period of Coach O then a hand-off to Aranda?

Anything is possible right now, but considering Aranda has the associate HC title, I could see this being an option if he and O lead this team to a 6-2/7-1 record...
