Crowton is just as responsible for the Ole Miss loss as Miles.

ofcourse he is, he's the HC, but I don't buy the bullshite that he was handcuffing every coach on the staff. What we saw this year was vintage Crowton, he's done the same shite everywhere he's been.

one great year, he was also responsible for getting good talent and getting it to work. Instead it regressed. Not impressed w/ his one year w/ leftovers from Petrino, and his Tulsa squad got better w/o him.

I've been pushing Tykes name of here for a while. I've been on the sidelines with Tyke when hes been coaching. Let go back a few years. Tyke was schooled by Jerry Sullivan while at LSU. Jerry may have been the best WR ever at LSU. He made Wendell Davis, among others. Jerry is now the current Wide Receivers/Senior Assistant Coach for the San Francisco 49ers. Tyke was the WR coach for the Arizona Cardinals while Jerry was the offensive coordinator.

Tyke came to LSU out of Conroe, Tx. I once brought him an old recruiting guide, his nickname in high school, "Too Tuff Tyke."

This would be a major hire by Les.
Tyke knows coaches, schools and people. Knows the areas of La., Tx, and Fla.

I could write a page on this hire.

Please do. I think everyone would appreciate it.

What's his coaching style? Is he in you rface, or laid back?

and WTF is this?

hes not coming here to coach, he would be coming here to run the offense. and those leftovers that you call the players that were there under petrino, werent close to the talent level we had here, and krag had the number 5 or 6 offense in the country with those leftovers"

Nope, I'd say he could still be in the NFL. If he wanted.

I read it, but I don't just write off what happened to his offenses bc he had to run off players. A great coach can make it work at least to some extent. Kragthorpe is not a great coach imo, and LSU can do better. Miles needs great coordinators to win big at LSU.

Google Jerry Sullivan, check out his resume. Tyke follows along his lines.
