This staff had the nerve to leak out that there was total dysfunction under Les.

For those that are unaware it was reported by paid sites that there was total dysfunction inside the program under Les for the last few yrs. We wouldn't believe the issues. It was obvious this info came from the current staff. I guess this was all part of the plan and listed on page 73 of Pete Carrol's binder.

I've thought this for a while, but 3-5 years from now, Les will be looked at much differently than he is now.

I would imagine there was dysfunction considering, we could clearly see it on the field. Not getting plays in quickly, clock management, etc
