No I am talking the HC. LSU is in the best position to make a home run hire vs in 1991, 1994 and even 1999. If They frick this up, it's solely because of gross Incompetence.

How do you know for fact? Everything posted here is just message board chatter and wishful thinking.
The $$$& folks and Aleva have only "said" what people are posting here. I'm not discrediting anyone that may be in the know with good sources but until we hear something from Aleva, this is all nothing but is fans posting what we think or wish. One thing we all know for sure is that we know nothing at this time.

Personally I think we're sitting pretty; we have considerably less drama surrounding us compared to rival institutions having gotten it out of the way in September, we have money in the bank, we have a loaded roster, and we're looking for our coach in a year where there's a lot of elite talent for hire.
It's always easy to get dragged down in the negatives but I think LSU has done a lot right in this search. Only way it could've been handled better was firing Miles before the Texas Bowl rather than dragging it out but oh well

Charlie strong gone. Even though it hasn't "officially" happened everyone knows he is gone. It seems like we're going to whiff on herman and jimbo and will end up going cheap on ogeron or fedora. Could become even more hectic for herman if a&m fires sumlin.
