Since all I hear is they have all the money in the world and can get anyone. Why give Herman $6 mil when you can give Saban $10 mil?

Could this finally be the year?

All I've heard from here is that Texas has more money than anyone and no one can match them.

If Saban goes to TX, Jimbo would go to Bama. That would leave LSU with Herman falling into their lap.

they already tried that! Texas is a SHITSHOW!

saban wanted no part of it!

They had to drag mack kicking and screaming out the damn door. too much political infighting with red mccombs and others.

The wait/timing is extremely difficult to deal with when it comes to a pro or college playoff coach. No way Texas could wait until mid-January on a handshake.

theres no source for this other than finebaum, and nothing in texas history to suggest its true. neither of their coordinators even make 1M right now.

texas loves saying money is no object but in reality they spend the same as any other top 20 program and would be middle of the pack in the SEC.

Saban would never abandon Bama when he is only a few wins from another NC.
