I don't get why Jim Leavitt's name isn't showing up more for the bigger jobs out there.... dude's resume is 2nd to none

He pulled a Mike Leach with a player at USF, I believe.

no one really knows what happened.... bottom line is USF ended up paying Leavitt a portion of his buyout after he sued the university.

He'd make a very good coach, regardless.... and if every coach got fired for putting hands on a player, there wouldn't be a lot of em left.

Call me crazy, but Charlie Weis could go a long way with Bray.

Ok, can we have the real list?

We aren't hiring an NCAA mess, and the same politics that led us to pass over Strong before are still there.

Is there any likely hood Patterson ends up at UTK? Or Is it the real deal with him and the hogs?

I don't know if he will actually come to Arkansas, but from what we have heard he is Jeff Longs top target. I would be pretty excited to get him.

Tennessee can probably get Strong but will they want to pony up the money required? Is Cut willing to go back and would UT be willing to have him short term?

When does this ever happen?

Strong would crawl to Tennessee if offered.

Gruden makes no sense. Patterson isn't going anywhere. Davis and Tressel have too much baggage.

Why in the hell would Gruden leave one of the best gigs in football to try and rebuild UT?

Didn't Tennessee learn their lesson the first time? Should have never fired Phil.
