According to Dandy Don, they're both coming back for 2010. Wondering (hoping) if this is one more time his sources aren't reliable.

In other coaching news, I was told Friday afternoon that offensive line coach Greg Studrawa is likely to return for the 2010 season as is offensive coordinator Gary Crowton.

I read Dandy also. I find it hard to believe that Les Miles will jeopardize his job for these two coaches so either he knows something we don't or their gone in my opinion.

For the record I think both should go however, if one stays I think is should be stud. Yes the oline sucked but there was MUCH MUCH more improvement on the oline (see Tbob-not great but he started terrible and ended up imo a serviceable center especially coming off a major knee injury) as the season went on as opposed to the offense as a whole/playcalling....The three straight passes in the Ole Miss game when we started in FG range was enough to fire Crowton in my opinion.

IF Stud returns.....I will look forward to CLM departure from LSU in the future.

If Crowton and Stud are truly out recruiting, then it would make sense for "high up sources" to insist to DD that they are returning.

In my opinion, there is NO way you can bring those guys back - not after this year's dismal offensive performance.

I think it's just smoke and mirrors for recruits reading DD's page.

It might also be to keep these two guys performing for the bowl game - but that might be a stretch.

Don't forget DiNardo and Tepper. DiNardo knew Tepper was not the answer, all the LSU Nation knew and said so, but he kept Tepper anyway. And look what that got him and LSU.

Both will be gone from several people that I know in the Athletic Department.

Those who refuse to learn history are resigned to repeat it.

This, and he's already said he's pretty sure Crowton is gone.

my buddy has been telling me all year that Crowton' play calling and use of talent is the problem, teams know what we are doing before we do it...he said this about a 3 weeks ago, we should hire a guy like Kragthorpe...and boom, it appears miles is in cink.
