This is correct. No need to even interview anyone outside of the coach you want. If you can't get him, you promote and hire within.

He would have to commit to hire the best offense position coaches in the country. Of course if they fail on the first 2 choices then the commitment from the number 3 would be to hire the best Grad Assistants in the country. 250k a year per grad assitant.
