Bum Phillips has been contacted about becoming the new head coach at LSU. The only sticking point is who Phillips would like to bring in as his assistants. No offensive or defensive assistants have been contacted, but it is speculated that Phillips insists on hiring Fetchmonster as his recruiting coordinator.

Thanks to some strange New Orleans VooDoo, Bear Bryant has been raised from the dead and has agreed in principal to become the next head coach at LSU. Bear has been quoted as saying he was tired of rolling over in his grave each time he saw those twin blond hookers on TV wearing his hat.

I heard that Joe Dean is our AD and that he contacted Lou Tepper about coaching our defense. Oh wait, that wasn't a rumor a few years back.

Better: Curley Hallman is willing to return as HC for $2 million/year. He is bringing in Lynn Amedee as OC and Lou Tepper as DC. He will fire the existing coaching staff to cut costs (except Peveto), and just have the best senior at each position coach the position groups.

Vince Lombardi comes back from the grave, and decides to coach LSU. It turns out that Brett Favre has 1 more year of college eligibility, and will be the starting quarterback. Also Aliens have contacted Skip and let him borrow their "BCS" ray gun, which will give LSU an automatic BCS championship run for the next 5 years.
