Jimbo/Sexton and Herman/Armstrong are going to get paid one way or the other.
I honestly think it's a coin toss at this point. Lot's of posturing for leverage.

Agree Gundy could be damn good at LSU. He is prob my 3rd choice. Also Fuente at Va Tech. I know he was only there 1 year but LSU should look hard at him too.

As far as FSU/LSU, I give the advantage to FSU because he's already there.
As far as LSU/Texas goes, I can't ignore all of the Texas/Herman smoke that's existed for a couple of months now.
I think LSU ends up with Fedora. Hope it's Herman or Jimbo but just doesn't feel like that's the way the wind is blowing right now.

Fedora has fail written all over it IMO. He comes O bolts which he probably will anyway. With Fedora you probably lose most of the class. He doesn't have the presence to be able to recruit the state and the surrounding areas to compete immediately with the SEC west coaches.

Texas is a likely candidate right now, but they could scramble and get someone like Dabo. That leaves Clemson in a bad spot. The second tier candidates such as Fedora or Gundy probably view Clemson as more of a lateral move. Certainly not a destination job, but they are loaded with talent.
FSU would keep their coach & get Dabo out of the conference.
