So if Coach O goes 10-3 in his first three seasons

and beats bama one time, however we don't make it to an SEC championship game in those three years. Are the Coach O'ions satisfied or what?
Better question: What is the bar for Coach O in his first three season?
Because it feels like he has a lower bar than what we expected from Miles or what we would have expected from Herman or Jimbo...

bar shouldn't be lowered just because we lowered the bar on hiring a coach.

His bar should be equal to what was expected of Les or would have been expected of Jimbo or Herman.

The bar next season has to be an SEC championship game appearance. If the expectation this season was Playoffs with Miles, you can't lower expectations when the new coach is from within the same staff. Nor can you do when the defensive staff is already set. Not to mention, every single LSU fan knew what would hold the team back this year, the offense. So if you perceive O as an upgrade from Miles, you need to have higher expectations for him than Miles. Period. Especially given he wants to bring in an "elite OC".

He wants to build a championship team fast. IMO he is a polished QB, a few LB's, a center, a RT and monster DT away from that goal.
