Good riddance to both. Hermann is incompetent, and Flood was in over his head from the start.

They should have hired Cristobal when they had the chance. I hope the next AD corrects that mistake.

Really hope Rutgers can get a good coach, and especially a good AD. Getting that B1G money should help some on both fronts.

Doubt they could afford that, to be honest.

Nobody knows. The AD is getting fired, so you first hire the AD, then go about finding a head coach.

I haven't seen anything or heard anything concrete.

Just yesterday Flood said he would be Rutgers' coach for a long time. Clueless bastard.

Huh.

Apparently, the 'Mogila' stuff (66 year old former CEO of TD Ameritrade / small-time college HC) might have some legs.

I rolled my eyes at the suggestion at first, then I sort of chuckled... but the name keeps coming up.

He's not a Rutgers alum, so I'm not sure why he would 'fit,' but I'll be damned if his name doesn't keep coming up.

Cristobal is my (personal) #1 target.

Flood was no prize, but Hermann was terrible.

She was the one who had allegedly treated her players horrifically when she was a volleyball coach, and it came out that Rutgers never even vetted her before hiring her as AD.

Rutgers will find a way to mess this hire up. Theyll end up going the safe route and bring back schiano.
They will never be relevant, same song and dance my whole life.
