Let me ask you, do you think Ohio State, Houston, and Mississippi State runs "soft" offenses? Because it's the SAME exact concept, just run at different paces

He's actually shown that he can run a variety of different offenses depending on the players he has at his disposal. Most coaches have "a system" and they try to get the players they need to execute that system. Some coaches do it the other way around. They adapt their system to the talent available. Those are the ones that I want.
