He would not come as a consultant and leave his first NFL OL coaching job. He would come if he was the OL coach. Grimes deserves to come back.

He might if asked. Not like he is THE OL coach. He's the assistant to the assistant, basically an intern still, and his main/only responsibility is the rookie center in Chicago. I know OL coaches make some great money, but I doubt he's getting paid so much that he wouldn't return to his Alma mater/home in a heartbeat
Counterpoint to my Counterpoint, shadow staff advises coaching staff, they can't actually coach on the field and at practice, so I think he's in the right place, learning more from an experienced coach and I'd be willing to bet he'll be the next ol coach at lsu when Grimes moves on.
Could be after the bowl game (doubt it) or could be a few years from now, just my opinion
