he'd be using LSU as a stepping stone to the NIU job.

He's a 2nd tier choice obviously but you could do a lot worse, like retaining Coach O

I love him, he's a boss and has WMU looking like the best team in the MAC

he'd be an underachieving hire though. He should be plan G or H

He will be a great head coach somewhere one day but he's probably one job away from the big one. He could be the one to replace meyer one day at Ohio State. He's very good.

I just watched one of his pressers and he's very charismatic

His high energy schtick is kind of annoying. Jim Rome: "Coach, how are you doing today?" PJ: "Elite."

that's pretty cheesy but you can't argue with his results at WMU.

Again would MUCH rather something like this than something retaining Coach O or Briles.

Put him on the list with Jeff Brohm, Mike MacIntyre and other up and comers. They have potential and might work out, but if we get to that list we've whiffed on multiple bigger names.

Would be a great, low risk high reward hire. Worst case y'all stay a 9-3 kinda team bc I doubt he could frick up worse than that. Best case he continues to be an all star recruiter and y'all have a great coach 15+ years. Honestly he's the guy I want as an auburn fan.

would be an interesting hire. Done well at Western Michigan but definitely an unorthodox approach. Not so much and x's and o's guy but more motivator from what I was reading yesterday.
