PJ Fleck is probably one of the most under the radar up and comers in the MAC. 34-years-old, from Sugar Grove, IL and played at NIU. 3rd hear coach at WMU. 14-19 record (1-11 year one), however he has had the #1 recruiting class in the MAC each year.
I can see a school like Illinois calling. Young and energetic may be the best thing to get the fan base excited.

would be very surprised if he isn't coaching in the big 10 next season.

He would upgrade IL's recruiting. Don't know how good he would do as a coach though.
Good coaches win and bad coaches lose. So, if he is going to be a good coach, he will need to show some consistency in winning seasons.
