PJ Fleck, the Tom Herman of Ohio State

Just watched his latest press conference following the Thanksgiving weekend win. I've gotta say I'm incredibly impressed. The way he buys into his city, his team, and the way he owns every snap of the football game is just special.
So I did a little digging into his background and see he played for N. Illinois, 1 season with the 49ers, and then off to Ohio State for his GA.
I can't help but think, like Herman, his GA destination would always be his first choice and ultimate dream job.

i don't think Fleck has quite the same fascination with tOSU that Herman has with Texas.
I'm sure he would list it as his #1 job if he could have his pick, but I also think he's the kind of guy who, once he's in a good situation where he can win at the highest levels, it's going to be tough to pry him out of there.
i think he'd leave an LSU level program for the NFL before he'd leave for tOSU
