Dude was talked about being on the fast track to an NFL HC job like 3 years ago now he's an offensive analyst in college. If only Grigson attempted to have an O-line.

Offensive Analyst? The link says Assistant Head Coach/Passing Game Coordinator. A little different than just being an analyst.

Yeah, he rode Luck to the Colts job but it's still a fall. I guess it would've been a worse job market when he got fired with the rest of the Browns staff next offseason had he stayed there.
